Lindsay Pimentel Hand to Shoulder Rehab offers the San Joaquin Valley businesses a full line of services designed to prevent workplace injuries, as well as assist in returning the injured worker back to duty.
We believe that most workplace injuries can be prevented through testing, assessments, training and education. We have dedicated ourselves to providing services to both the employer and the employee that will make this possible.

Functional Capacity Evaluations
A functional capacity evaluation objectively measures an individual’s baseline abilities; this assists doctors, insurance companies, and employers in determining a person’s potential to return to the workforce after injury; or their overall disability rating.
This program is designed to simulate the specific physical requirements of each worker in order to increase their strength and endurance, assisting their return to full duty on the job. Each program and set of exercises is monitored, incrementally adjusted, and reported electronically to ensure accurate assessment of the employee’s growing capabilities.
POETS or Post Offer Employment Tests
A POET is a functional capabilities test in which an employee’s physical abilities-including lifting, strength, dexterity and positional tolerances-is measured. This information allows employers to successfully place the employee in a job best suited to their physical abilities from the first day of employment.
We are aligned with eScreen to provide on-site, five-panel urine drug tests that provide immediate results for employers. Lab-based nine- and 10-panel testing, as well as certified testing for the Department of Transportation (DOT) is also available.
